Biography
Clement holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2005. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak (State of Sarawak) in 2010. Founder of Messrs Clement + Co in 2010 and is currently the Managing Partner of the firm. Specialises in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, construction disputes, estate and family disputes and also involves in corporate advisory work for public listed companies. He is also an advocate with vast extensive experience in appellate matters before the higher courts, up to the Federal Court.
